1. | Returns and Refunds
A. | Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@rootie.in to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the product. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
B. | Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about a product you purchased, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of consumable items, including opened coffee packages.

Clearance or sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product, and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
